ще вчора заступник голови районної ради збирала голоси депутатів
за звільнення свого шефа, який власне і всадив її в це крісло,
то вже сьогодні вона намагається переконати депутатів
не робити цього. Що змінилось за останній час?
Можливо це результат інформаційного тиску один на одного чи боязнь втратити під шумок і свою посаду?

Действительно на аукционе можно купить понравившуюся нам машину, но в последствии разочароваться в данной покупке и попасть на тысячи $.
Потому что и в Америке есть нехорошие люди, которые желают заработать и, например, делают так, чтобы убитый в хлам автомобиль выглядел как незначительно поврежденным.
Вы смотрите фото, все вроде бы визуально хорошо, в описании так же все красиво написано, цена очень приемлемая, но на самом деле это просто куча металлолома.
Мы много слышали историй, когда вместо стоек были вварены просто арматуры,
или когда авто рихтовалось обычным молотком и закрашивалось для картинки.
Или утопленникам наносили незначительное повреждение в районе бампера, и такая машина выдавалась как побывавшая в мелком ДТП т.п.
Все это рассчитано на неопытных покупателей, обольщающихся низкой ценой и красивой картинкой. Так же еще бывают приколы с документами,
когда купленное авто невозможно экспортировать. Чтобы всего этого избежать нужно знать на
что обращать внимание и как проверять автомобиль перед покупкой на аукционах США.
В первую очередь нужно узнать кто именно выставил на продажу автомобиль.
Никогда не покупайте авто у дилеров и других посредников, потому что именно у них случаются вышеперечисленные неприятные моменты.
Самые надежные продавцы - это страховые компании. В основном дилеры покупают авто у страховых компаний и потом перепродают их.
Поэтому нет вообще никакого смысла с ними связываться. Один наш клиент рассказывал как он купил авто за 4000 $,
ради интереса мы поинтересовались историей данного авто и выяснилось, что оно было продано страховой компанией на другом аукционе за 2700 $,
но это еще не все неприятности. Также выяснилось, что за доставку авто в Украину было переплачено 1500 $, это конечно другая история, но также неприятная.
Страховые компании дают правдивую информацию об истории и техническом состоянии автомобиля. Если в описании говорится,
что авто заводится и едет (Run & Drive), значит так оно и есть, а это значит, что с двигателем все в порядке. И так все в остальном.
Поэтому мы ищем и покупаем автомобили только у страховых компаний, проверяем наличие соответствующих сертификатов подходящих
для экспорта и таможенного оформления в Украине. Также проверяем историю авто через сервисы CarFax, Autocheck или EpicVin.
Эти сервисы платные, но всего 5-10 $ могут сэкономить тысячи $.
Вот наглядный пример, продается на аукционе Лексус 2016 года, текущая ставка уже 15000 $, на фото повреждений нет,
идеальная машина, но при проверке оказалось, что это авто уже продовалось на другом аукционе и в совершенно другом состоянии

Поэтому мы решили детально разобраться в этом вопросе и посмотреть какие выгоды может принести нам Зона Свободной Торговли (ЗСТ) .
Согласно статьи 2.4 договора отменяются все пошлины на б/у автомобили произведенные в Канаде,
не зависимо от их возраста, типа и объема двигателя. А также отменяются пошлины на новые авто с бензиновыми двигателями объемом от 2.2 до 3.0 л.
и c дизельными двигателями более2,5 л. На все остальные авто из Канады действует пошлина 7% от подтвержденной таможенной стоимости автомобиля.
Но каждый год размер пошлины будет снижаться на 1% и к 2025 году станет нулевым.
Канадские б/у авто также попадают под льготные ставки акциза, если выпущены после 2010 года и соответствуют экологическому стандарту Евро-5.
Также на них остается в силе НДС 20%.
Надо заметить, что беспошлинный ввоз распространяется не на все авто, которые находятся в Канаде, а только на те, что производятся в Канаде.
Также беспошлинно можно привезти из любой другой страны, например из США, авто произведенное в Канаде.
По нашим подсчетам, транспортировка авто из Канады в Украину дороже, чем из США и даже беспошлинный ввоз не перекрывает расходы на доставку.
Также при покупки авто в Канаде придется заплатить 20% НДС, который потом правда возвратят, если машина ушла на экспорт, но в течении года.
Поэтому Зона Свободной Торговли вроде есть, но выгоды от этого соглашения в нашем случае нет.
Единственный бонус есть в том случае, если мы купим канадский автомобиль в США. Но и в этом случае выбор моделей авто не велик.

Какие документы бывают у автомобиля на аукционах США
CLEAN TITLE, ORIGINAL (Чистый сертификат)
Самый лучший сертификат для Америки, но не для нас. Такой сертификат имеют автомобили, которые не участвовали в крупных ДТП, не были в угоне, т.е. имеют чистую историю.
Таких авто на аукционе 5-10% от всего количества. Так же встречаются авто с таким сертификатом с незначительными повреждениями и стоимостью ремонта.
Так бывает когда владельцы авто, например, компании по прокату автомобилей не обращаются в страховые компании, а сами выставляют авто на аукцион,
чтобы выгоднее продать его. Автомобили с чистым сертификатом продаются дороже и открыты для публичных торгов, т.е. частные лица имеют возможность купить такое авто.
Поэтому при выборе автомобиля, когда у него стоит такой сертификат, будьте готовы к тому, что дешево он вам не достанется.
SALVAGE TITLE (Утиль)
С таким сертификатом продаются машины, стоимость ремонта которых составляет больше 50% от стоимости самого автомобиля по подсчетам страховых компаний.
А считают они запчасти по розничным ценам изготовителей, плюс стоимость ремонта ( 50-100 $ в час). Поэтому не стоит удивляться,
если увидим на аукционе авто с незначительными повреждениями, с полной стоимостью 20 000 $ и стоимостью ремонта в 15 000 $.
Такой автомобиль можно купить на аукционе за 5000-7000 $, и отремонтировать у нас за 1000 $.
С сертификатом Salvage продается почти 80% всех авто на аукционе и на них закрыты публичные торги,
т.е. частные лица не могут купить такие авто. Для экспорта в Украину хороший вариант, т.к. такие машины продаются дешевле.
CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION, NON-REPAIRABLES (Списание, не подлежит восстановлению)
Авто с такими сертификатами невозможно поставить на учет в Америке, невозможно застраховать и получить номера.
Это списанные авто и их нельзя использовать в США, только на запчасти либо на экспорт. Иногда это почти целые,
новые автомобили с небольшим пробегом, но компании владельцы так решили, то ли в коммерческих, то ли в других каких то целях.
Но для экспорта отличные варианты. Такие авто встречаются не часто и купить их можно очень дешево.
BILL OF SALE, PARTS ONLY, NO TITLE
Если на аукционе Вам попался автомобиль с такими обозначениями, то проходите мимо, это значит, что у автомобиля нет сертификата.
Есть просто купчая и то в большинстве случаев в эл. виде. С таким авто вы ничего не сможете сделать, только разобрать на запчасти.
И экспортировать такой автомобиль невозможно.

Ввоз авто из Канады без пошлины
С 1 августа 2017 года вступит в силу соглашение о беспошлинной торговле между Украиной и Канадой.
Поэтому мы решили детально разобраться в этом вопросе и посмотреть какие выгоды может принести нам Зона Свободной Торговли (ЗСТ) .
Согласно статьи 2.4 договора отменяются все пошлины на б/у автомобили произведенные в Канаде,
не зависимо от их возраста, типа и объема двигателя. А также отменяются пошлины на новые авто с бензиновыми двигателями объемом от 2.2 до 3.0 л.
и c дизельными двигателями более2,5 л. На все остальные авто из Канады действует пошлина 7% от подтвержденной таможенной стоимости автомобиля.
Но каждый год размер пошлины будет снижаться на 1% и к 2025 году станет нулевым.
Канадские б/у авто также попадают под льготные ставки акциза, если выпущены после 2010 года и соответствуют экологическому стандарту Евро-5.
Также на них остается в силе НДС 20%.
Надо заметить, что беспошлинный ввоз распространяется не на все авто, которые находятся в Канаде, а только на те, что производятся в Канаде.
Также беспошлинно можно привезти из любой другой страны, например из США, авто произведенное в Канаде.
По нашим подсчетам, транспортировка авто из Канады в Украину дороже, чем из США и даже беспошлинный ввоз не перекрывает расходы на доставку.
Также при покупки авто в Канаде придется заплатить 20% НДС, который потом правда возвратят, если машина ушла на экспорт, но в течении года.
Поэтому Зона Свободной Торговли вроде есть, но выгоды от этого соглашения в нашем случае нет.
Единственный бонус есть в том случае, если мы купим канадский автомобиль в США. Но и в этом случае выбор моделей авто не велик.

Калькулятор аукционного сбора авто-аукциона IAA
Сбор с покупателя - Сбор с покупателя зависит от стоимости лота авто, чем больше стоимость тем больше сбор.
Сумма сбора от 1 $ до 450 $ если цена лота меньше 5000 $. Если цена лота 5000 $ и более, то сбор с покупателя составит 450 $ + 1% от стоимости лота.
Сбор за интернет - Сбор за интернет начисляется в том случае, если мы выигрываем лот через интернет и сумма сбора также зависит от цены лота,
но не может быть более 89 $.
Плата за обслуживание - Этот сбор за обслуживание авто на аукционной площадке, транспортировка, погрузка , разгрузка и т.п.
Сбор фиксированный и составляет 59 $ за один автомобиль.
Дополнительные сборы и штрафы - Отчет по истории авто - 7 $, если мы его запрашиваем.
Также в предоставленном счете есть две даты. Дата до какой мы должны оплатить счет и дата до какой мы должны забрать авто с площадки.
За просрочку оплаты взимается штраф 50 $ или 1% от стоимости лота авто в зависимости что больше. Если мы не заберем авто до установленной даты
то штраф составит 40 $ за каждые просроченные сутки. Если мы выиграли ставку лота и отказываемся от покупки авто то штраф составит 1000 $.
